This was the custom I did for the Personapalooza swap for the MLP Arena in 2011, for wagnerwakka! This is his persona Wild Spirit, and I also made him a little snake friend I called "Diamondback"

His base is a G3 My Little Pony, his little stars were sculpted with apoxie, painting was acrylic and sealed, and his hair was a combination of real My Little Pony hair colors. I also added some wire and a feather.
