Rielus the Paladin custom WoW figure by thatg33kgirl Rielus the Paladin custom WoW figure by thatg33kgirl
**Winner of the Go Native Toys Custom Figure Contest!!! Check him out here: gonativetoys.com/rielus_galler… ***

Meet Rielus the Paladin, my custom 1:18 scale World of Warcraft action figure!!!

Contrary to popular belief, he is NOT a 3D printed Figureprint! He's a fully articulated action figure!

His base is a 1:18 (GI Joe scale) Blanx Man action figure. His face, hair, goggles, shoulders, gauntlets, and boots were sculpted with Aves Apoxie Sculpt. He was painstakingly painted by hand with acrylic paint and sealed with Testors dullcote. His kilt was hand-painted cotton fabric, and his base, mace and shield were made from scratch and painted and sealed as well. I also included a wooden treasure chest which he can be kept in.

He has SEVERAL points of articulation!

I've estimated the total time spent on him was 250-300 hours total. It was a labor of love.

He was made as a gift and is NOT FOR SALE.

Comments and faves always appreciated! Please do not repost without permission.

I kept thinking "OMG HOLY NARNIA THIS IS AWESOME" but I didn't know why. Now I do. He looks like Tony Stark. :3 Awesome job! I love the goggles, they're so cool-looking!
