This custom My Little Pony was made for a friend for a private swap. It is of Cut Throat, her OC persona!
Her base was a G3 My Little Pony, her wings were sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt, and she was painted with acrylics and sealed with Testors Dullcote. Her hair was a combination of acrylic doll hair (I don't recall the colors).
